**How will you make an impact in this role?**
You will be instrumental in providing administrative support to Accertify’s growing Global Human Resources team, ensuring our critical day-to-day HR operations run smoothly, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall employee experience.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate employee onboarding, ongoing internal training, and colleague development programs, tracking participation and effectiveness.
- Promote Accertify openings and support recruitment marketing initiatives on social media and online forums to promote the business.
- Initiate and track key onboarding tasks, including employment background verifications and I-9 eligibility verifications.
- Manage key data in our HRIS (e.g., reporting, address updates, organization chart updates, processing new hires and terminations, etc.).
- Handle inquiries from employees and external parties professionally and promptly, directing them to the appropriate resources as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and developing HR documents and presentations.
- Maintain team’s HR SharePoint site, as well as employee HR portal.
- Coordinate logistics and actively participate in employee engagement initiatives, including social, community service, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programming.
- Perform other administrative projects as assigned by the team.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion to manage sensitive information.
- Strong speaking and listening skills; ability to share information effectively while listening carefully to concerns and questions from employees and job applicants.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1-2 years in Human Resources and/or Training & Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field from an accredited college.
- Previous experience working with HRIS/ATS systems.
