**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plays a vital role in daily HR operations; works closely with the Manager, Human Resources to provide efficient partnership across diverse HR functions
- Serves as the point person for all orientation/onboarding activities (including new hire paperwork, facilitating day one orientation, completing I-9s, and working with managers to ensure successful employee assimilation)
- Administers benefit-related tasks including participating in open enrollment process, processing enrollments, changes and terminations, reconciles benefit statements, and responds to all employee benefit inquiries
- Processes data entry, verifications, and data audits within HR systems, upholding data integrity and accuracy
- Tracks and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory trainings; follows up to ensure training objectives are met
- Utilizes current Human Resources Information System /Payroll system to enter employee transactions for hires, exits, benefits, changes, and reports
- Completes employment verification requests and letters as needed
- Accurately maintains order receipts and documentation and completes expense reports
- Participates in employee engagement activities
- Communicates with all employees; responds timely to requests for Human Resources information
- Scans and uploads all employee documents as well accurately maintains employee files and documents
- Assists with Human Resources projects, systems, reporting, compliance activities, performance and wage programs, and related personnel and company duties as needed

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of one to three-plus years' relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge required)
- Knowledge of employment laws preferred
