Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Mycronic. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for a wide range of daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and select top talent for domestic and international roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding, including Day 1 orientation and completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Administer benefits-related tasks, including open enrollment, enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Process data entry, verifications, and data audits within HR systems, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain HR content and communications, including drafting and sending emails and updating the HR internal website.
  • Track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory trainings.
  • Utilize HR Information System/Payroll system to enter employee transactions for hires, exits, benefits, changes, and reports.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • One to two years' HR or relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws preferred.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solutions-oriented, forward-thinking professional.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
