About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services team. As a DSD RN, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in an independent setting, working autonomously and collaborating with cross-functional resources to deliver optimal dialysis care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and implementing complete care plans
  • Supervise Dialysis Technicians to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 12 months' of RN experience in chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, and/or peritoneal dialysis
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
