This is a salary based position at $45,000-$50,000/year, offering 2 weeks’ vacation, healthcare and a Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule.
**About You**
- Skillful administrative support person who ensures business operations run smoothly.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and record-keeping skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable following detailed instructions in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to collect outstanding amounts owed.
- Proficient in basic mathematical skills, Microsoft Office, and typing
**Minimum Qualifications**
- 3-5 years administrative experience
- 3-5 years customer support experience
**Location**
Our office is located in Scottsdale, AZ 85260 at Raintree/101.
