As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our snow and ice management services. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of snow removal operations, managing a team of dedicated professionals, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of snow removal crews, equipment, and resources.
- Monitor weather forecasts and deploy resources accordingly to meet client needs.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operational outcomes.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the snow and ice management industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Great communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
