Role Summary:
The Lead Project Manager, Supplier Quality and Development Engineering will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategies specific to Supplier Quality and Supplier Development. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, Design, and Process teams to fully understand Rivian's manufacturing processes to partner with Rivian's Supplier Quality and Supplier Development Teams in developing and maintaining Rivian products in accordance with our Quality Standards. This role with report directly to the Director of Supplier Quality and Development Engineer, reporting in Irvine, CA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Embed within the Quality and Reliability Team, act as Program Manager for Supplier Development and Supplier Quality on the cross-functional team, connecting the collaborators.
- Support the daily business operations of the Quality and Reliability organization by developing and maintaining KPI dashboards to highlight and execute business needs.
- Assist in the development and optimization of Supplier Development and Supplier Quality processes and procedures.
- Manage short-term projects, ad-hoc requests and various tasks in support of business needs on an as-needed basis.
- Review, maintain and analyze a wide variety of program data to support business decisions. Publish and present Supplier Readiness related status and action plans.
- Lead escalation meetings with cross-functional.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in automotive or related field
- Evidence of exceptional technical ability, strong attention to detail, and high expectations of self and others
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment, exhibiting high integrity, good interpersonal skills, and outstanding communication to peers and executives
- Ability to work independently with little instruction, multi-task while maintaining attention to details and deadlines, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project skills
- This role requires core working hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay Disclosure:
Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $125,000 to $156,200 (actual compensation based on experience location, and other factors permitted by law.)

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
