Experienced Water and Wastewater Project Manager Opportunity
Brown and Caldwell, a leading environmental engineering and construction firm, is seeking a seasoned water and wastewater project manager to join their team. This position is based in the Irvine, California office and plays a key role in client connections in the Southern California area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute water and wastewater projects from conception to completion
- Conduct technical research and apply knowledge to drive project success
- Lead project teams in planning and designing major engineering projects
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and designers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
- Coach and develop junior project managers and engineers
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Engineering required, MS degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater utility engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in California or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and leadership experience
- PMP certification a plus
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $126,000 - $172,000
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more
