  • Develop cost estimates, construction budgets, and timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Assess the needs for materials, subcontractors, and labor.
  • Engage in pre-construction meetings to align on project objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities involving employees, subcontractors, craftsmen, tradesmen, and vendors to achieve project goals and standards.
  • Guarantee that projects are completed within the designated timeframe and budget.
  • Review invoices and timesheets for accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Travel to various markets to prepare cost estimates, establish operations, and comply with local building regulations and practices.
