**Job Summary**:
The Employee Recognition Program Specialist will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of recognition programs that enhance culture, engagement, and inclusion. This role involves collaborating across multiple departments to assist in creating tailored recognition solutions.

This is a Remote position with some travel required. Preferred location is Houston, TX but not required.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and management of employee recognition programs aligned with company values (IE: Circle of Excellence, Sales and Service Awards).
- Help develop creative recognition solutions for various departments.
- Monitor program effectiveness and gather data for adjustments.
- Support partnerships with departmental leaders to understand and address recognition needs.
- Help facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams for feedback and alignment.
- Assist in executing communication strategies to promote recognition programs.
- Create content to highlight recognition initiatives and success stories.
- Track program participation and effectiveness using data analytics tools.
- Prepare basic reports for senior leadership on program impact.
- Provide administrative support for recognition events and activities.
- Maintain recognition program materials and resources.

**Non-Essential Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee recognition.
- Assist in conducting program reviews and incorporating employee feedback for enhancements.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Requirements**:

- High School Diploma of GED; required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; preferred

**Professional Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or related areas.
- Experience in a large or complex organization through internships or prior work.
