**Job Title**: Experienced Administrative Assistant with Bookkeeping Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Handle mail, including sorting, opening, and distributing incoming mail.
- Manage the process of obtaining and maintaining licenses for community pools.
- Assist in fleet management, including vehicle and license registration.
- Manage certified mail and maintain records of return receipts.
- Serve as the point of contact for coordinating cleaning services.
- Perform scanning and copying tasks as required.
- Manage autopay for bills.
- Prepare and file annual reports for all business entities.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses required for properties.
- Handle the preparation and filing of business personal property returns.
- Reconcile company credit card statements.
- Provide notary services as required.
- Manage records and processes related to security deposits for properties.
- Fielding occasional incoming calls from prospects and residents with grace and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with knowledge of bookkeeping or general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, & Teams) and accounting software (RentManager experience not required but a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
