Hiring for an Accounting Assistant to join one of the top global commercial real estate companies

100% remote

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics required
  • 6+ months of any accounting experience or internship (billing, A/R, or invoicing knowledge )
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables / v look ups)

Job Description:

· Review and setup new contracts and projects

· Prepare client invoices in Corrigo and PeopleSoft accurately and timely

· Prepare monthly revenue uploads

· Prepare monthly journal entries for revenue and expense accruals, reclasses, and expense allocations

· Assist with PCard transaction reconciliations and adjustments

· Respond to billing inquiries from account teams

· Maintain and update various monthly checklists containing client and billing information

· Assist with client invoice audits as required

· Assist with budgets and forecasts as needed

· Follow-up on outstanding receivables and provide cash application instructions
