**Job Overview**

The Annapolis Maritime Museum & Park seeks a full time Education Program Coordinator to manage scheduling, data management, administration, and marketing for all of AMM’s educational and support day to day operations at our Park Campus. The education department runs camps, field trips, grant funded public-school programs and more, and includes the Box of Rain program for local under-resourced youth. The Education Program Coordinator would also schedule and book on-the-water educational outings aboard our historic Skipjack, _Wilma Lee_.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage and retain accurate records for all education programming, including participation, evaluation and surveys, grant deliverables, invoicing, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate scheduling of all education programs in collaboration with staff.
- Primary point of contact for all education program registration and/or customer service inquiries, including sharing of logistics and day of details with participants.
- Utilize Campwise, Kenect and Altru software to track payment and manage program registration and guest requests and feedback.
- Upload and organize educational programming photographs.
- Support marketing and promotion of stated programs in collaboration with Marketing Director.
- Manage and update databases for schools, teachers, parents and other target audiences.
- Manage Education Center supplies including ordering, restocking, and organizing.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with participating families and schools.
- Collaborate with community partners to schedule partner cruises and programs.
- Maintain online job postings, as needed.
- Manage Education Center building operations

**Preferred Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience including office management, basic accounting, and customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Must pass a criminal background check and be fingerprinted.

**About the Annapolis Museum & Park**

Annapolis Maritime Museum & Park educates youth and adults about the Annapolis area’s rich maritime heritage and the ecology of the Chesapeake Bay through programs, exhibits, and community events. We accomplish this mission through an engaging suite of hands-on programming and by bringing visitors to our two campuses on Back Creek and aboard _Wilma_ _Lee_. The Education Center at the Museum’s Park Campus serves over 10,000 youth annually.
