Key Responsibilities- Client Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough medical screenings, complete initial nursing assessments, and develop individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Medication Management: Ensure accurate and timely administration of medications, monitor client responses, and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided by the program.
- Education and Licensure: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with current RN licensure in good standing.
- Experience: One year of experience working in mental health, counseling, or eating disorders field, with a strong background in nursing care and patient assessment.
