Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Inputs received inventory into the purchase order; confirming pricing, quantity, and updates pricing.
- Matches packing slips to purchase orders and invoices. Confirms that pricing and quantity
- Maintains accurate filing system of purchase orders to allow for easy identification of outstanding orders.
- Maintains accrual spreadsheet on a daily basis.
- Helps with quarterly physical inventory.
- Participates in performance improvement activities as related to inventory process.
- Maintains receiving dock and storerooms in neat and orderly manner to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Pulls packing slips and ensures shipment is completed and received undamaged. Inputs received inventory into HST Pathways.
- Works closely with the Business Office and Materials Manager to ensure efficient and timely completion of inventory.

**Requirements**:

- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Microsoft Office and Excel required.
- Intermittent physical mobility/activity including walking, standing, sitting, light lifting, and pushing or pulling carts. Must be able to bend body downward at the waist and be able to kneel.
- Ability to organize work and follow through on own initiative.
- Ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
