- Assist the President with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
- Manage social media accounts and assist in content creation, including posts, stories, and live sessions.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and facilitate discussions to build and maintain our digital presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize tools such as Canva for graphic design and video editing to create visually appealing content.
- Support in list building and audience segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
