About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Law Firm Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Law Offices of Carmiece T. Graves, PLLC. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Communication: Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy upon arrival, and answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry to support office operations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Utilize our CRM system to manage client information and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Requirements
  • Receptionist Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Interpersonal Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • CRM System Experience: Experience in using a CRM system to manage client information.
  • Administrative Experience: Strong administrative experience, with proficiency in typing and data entry.
