**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented QA Analyst with expertise in Marketing Cloud softwares similar to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign to join our growing team. If you are passionate about quality assurance, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong skills in Adobe Campaign, we'd love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our software products.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
- Perform regression testing, functional testing, and performance testing as required.
- **Adobe Campaign Expertise**:

- Utilize Adobe Campaign to test marketing campaigns.
- Validate the accuracy and effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring they meet business requirements and objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Adobe Campaign implementations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement within the QA process and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to quality assurance and Adobe Campaign.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Campaign Management tools similar to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or Adobe Workfront is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
