Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our food safety programs, internal and external audit management, root cause analyses, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of local policies and procedures. If you are passionate about ensuring quality and compliance within the food industry, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food safety programs including cleaning/sanitation, environment monitoring, and GMP compliance.
  • Lead internal audit program and external audit management, ensuring thorough preparation, scheduling, attendance, and completion of action items.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality Control departments to drive root cause analyses and implement action plans.
  • Propose and implement initiatives for continuous improvement, utilizing trend analysis to identify problems and suggest solutions.
  • Develop and adapt local policies and procedures to align with global standards and local regulations.
  • Perform various Quality Assurance activities such as customer questionnaires, client documents review, and training sessions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, chemical, or biochemical sciences.
  • 2-3 years of related experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve problems.
