Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual, highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Meat Market team, Mercado Ahorro$. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, building and maintaining a quality team of field representatives, and driving sales growth. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone with strong strategic planning and negotiation skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and drive business growth
- Manage the entire sales process of your team from lead generation to closing deals
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Create Sales Decks and flyers for the marketing calendar and for your team
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities
- Customer relationship management expertise to build and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Previous experience in the Retail industry is a plus

We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development and career advancement within our organization.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
