As a **Recreation Aide **at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.

**Recreation Aide Responsibilities**
- Prepare recreational programs and activities to meet the functional levels, needs, and interests of residents
- Maintain records of residents’ attendance and participation in activities
- Coordinate activities with other departments as necessary
- Follow care plans in providing daily activities for residents
- Encourage residents to take part in personal development
- Promote physical, social, and mental well-being of residents

**Recreation Aide Requirements**
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin
- COVID-19 Vaccination

**Preferred**
- Experience with Seniors
- Fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese
