The Inside Sales Representative will be tasked with working closely with new clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on our products and services.

**Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities**:

- Acquisition of new leads through cold calling and online sales strategies.
- Directly communicate with prospects through outbound calls to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Assist the team in meeting the weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas set by Fusion Power.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

**Inside Sales Representative Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Demonstrate professional etiquette at all times.
