We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Advisor - Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring all transactions are complete and accurate, and maintaining a well-organized store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Experience: Provide an optimal customer experience by utilizing our selling behaviors and company sales directives.
- Transaction Accuracy: Ensure all customer transactions are complete and accurate.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a well-organized store appearance to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Customer Service: Aid in resolving customer service issues timely and skillfully.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with a wide number of customers and co-workers on a regular basis.
- Store Operations: Record all sales in the POS, handle monetary transactions, complete daily paperwork and reporting, and make bank deposits when needed.
- Inventory Management: Price merchandise, process back stock, assist with shipment processing, and perform housekeeping duties.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience: + years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service.
- Adaptability: Can read and explain product labels, follow direction, and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
