- Organize and categorize documents according to established procedures
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents
- Perform quality checks on documents, including proofreading for errors
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper document flow and compliance
- Support audits by providing requested documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with document management systems is preferred
- Familiarity with technical writing and quality management practices is a plus
- Strong file management skills, including organizing, labeling, and archiving documents
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Knowledge of records management principles and best practices

Pay: $55,300.00 - $82,900.00 per year
