Position Overview:

- Hiring and onboarding
- Termination and offboarding
- Administer and facilitate HR policies and procedures
- Create/Introduce new policies and regulations for all employees.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Processing and maintaining all workers’ compensation claims, unemployment requests, FMLA, and leaves of absence.
- Administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, vendors, data entry, billing, etc.

**Experience**:

- Human Resources > 2 years
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field

**Requirements**:

- Willing to commute to our office in Rancho Cucamonga
- Bilingual
- Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft word
- Ability to multitask and organize
- Willing to work in close quarters with others

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

- Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730: Relocate before starting work (required)
