**Key Responsibilities**:
- Front Office:_
- Warmly greet patients and check them in for appointments.
- Verify patient financial responsibilities and accurately process payments.
- Room patients and ensure all necessary informed consents are signed.
- Capture before and after photos to track treatment progress.
- Prepare medical trays and stock rooms with necessary supplies.
- Administer IM and SQ injections as required.
- Check patients out and assist in rescheduling follow-up appointments.
- Recommend skincare products and effectively describe medspa services and products to patients.
- Back Office:_
- Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and skincare products.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to confirm appointments and relay pre-treatment instructions to patients.
- Provide post-treatment instructions to patients following their procedures.
- Social Media Content Creation:_
- Capture and create engaging social media content showcasing treatments and behind-the-scenes aspects of the medspa.
- Assist in maintaining an active and visually appealing social media presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to relay the unique experiences and benefits of our services to our online community.
**Qualifications**:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification preferred.
- Prior experience in a medical office or medspa setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of front and back-office operations, including patient care, medical procedures, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients and convey information about skincare and treatments effectively.
- Proficiency in social media usage and content creation is a plus.
