We absolutely could not do what we do without our Route Sales Representatives Our Route Sales Representatives seamlessly funnel customers’ clothing and household items to and from our stores, providing a critical service and resource to our customers As a Route Sales Representative, you will not only deliver items but actively seek to grow your customer base by identifying and communicating with prospective new customers.
- This position will begin as a trainee. You will learn our existing routes in order to cover during time off. Once fully trained, you will be responsible for your own designated route, which includes acquiring new customers for continued growth in your service area._

**_ Route Sales Representatives work four 10-12 hour days, Monday/Tuesday, Thursday/Friday between 6:00am and 6:00pm. (Additionally, some meetings on Wednesdays)._**

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Develop a deep understanding of designated routes, and safely operate a company vehicle while navigating local roadways. Adhere to all traffic laws at all times.
- Deliver finished garments to customers’ homes or businesses and retrieve new orders to return to the store for cleaning.
- Organize and load orders into van according to route manifest.
- Solicit and acquire new customers to grow your route, utilizing company sales procedures.
- Tackle customers’ questions and concerns, both over the phone and in-person.
- Conduct daily maintenance checks of the vehicle and report any issues to Route Manager immediately. Clean the vehicle weekly.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Effective communication, with the ability to listen actively and address customer needs.
- Friendly, warm, and approachable demeanor that reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and reliably for long periods of time, with mínimal supervision.
- Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving capability.
- Intermediate computer and internet literacy.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, and to enter and exit a vehicle constantly throughout the day.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- At least 21 years of age (for auto insurance purposes).
