This Chicago-based company is seeking a Project Manager to manage some multifamily and affordable housing projects.
- **Role**:_
- Manage an affordable housing project that includes working with budgets, estimates, and evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Project are only in Chicagoland
- Control the day-to-day including developing a master schedule in collaboration with the Principal in Charge, this project deals with government entities
- Manage the shop drawing/submittal schedule and RFI's and scope development.
- Lead meetings on-site, package bids, pay estimates, change orders, and really manage the entire project.
- **Required**:_
- 2+ years experience as a project manager managing $2-$10 million projects
- Submittal Preparation & tracking experience
- Ability to read blueprints, PM software, and manage subcontractors.
- Bachelor’s degree
