Self-motivated with sharp organizational and personal communication skills to
manage patient and business activities in a state-of-the-art Richmond practice. Full-time position available. We are looking for a great team player who has the following qualities:
- Outgoing, friendly personality and possesses the ability to communicate.
- Personably and effectively in person and on the phone.
- Bilingual Spanish and English in dental terminology. Spanish not required but is a plus.
- Sharp organizational skills.
- Has great attention to detail and impeccable customer service skills.
- Able to work independently with or without direct supervision.
- Takes ownership of his/her position and can multi-task with ease.
- Has a genuine sense of care for dental patients.
- Experience with Open Dental.
- Has experience managing recall appointment systems.
- Knowledgeable and efficient with dental insurance verifications and treatment planning.
- Is knowledgeable with OSHA/HIPAA regulations.
- Must be flexible with the office’s schedule.

Fri - 8AM - 1PM (7:45AM Morning Huddle)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33 - 40 per week
