Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Educate and consult with patients on treatment plans
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify insurance coverage for clinical appointments
- Enter patient information into dental software
- Review and ensure accuracy of patient accounts
- Collect payments for services rendered
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Greet and check patients in and out
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of front office experience in a dental setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of dental software a plus
