**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet targets. This territory also includes an existing book of business with commissions already being paid.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and Generate Leads
- Identify and research potential clients in the [industry/region].
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Lead negotiations and overcome objections to close deals.
- Creatively leverage your existing relationships to help drive sales & commissions
- Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals to the account management team.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Effective use of crm to ensure relationships are being managed long term
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of [industry/related industry] is a plus.
**Requirements**:
- 3 + years of experience in outside sales. Preferably in industrial supplies
- Welding/Metal/Woodworking experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Office 365, Google, CRM software
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
