Requirements- Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Location: Live within 50 miles of the primary location: Lancaster, OH.
- Schedule Availability: Monday-Friday, occasional weekends.
- Relocation: Be open to relocation, outside of region, and outside of state, as necessary.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Communication Skills: Ability to identify opportunities to use promotional and merchandising techniques to develop and support customer relations.
- Previous Experience: Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
