**Training - 2 weeks **8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon through Fri

**Work Schedule -**

Shift 1 - 6:30AM to 3:00 PM

Shift 2 - 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Shift 3 - 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM

5 plus alternating 1/2 Day - A half day will be rotated every week

**Position Overview**:
**Essential Responsibilities: Not in any particular order**
- Ensure all shift drivers receive their work schedule/routes on a timely basis and confirm.
- Schedule delivery appointments when required.
- Monitor driver’s arrival, departure, and loading times at all points throughout the delivery process.
- Keep driver’s workload updated throughout the day by monitoring drivers’ routes.
- Follow up, investigate, and resolve any delays or issues impacting performance.
- Communicate all issues, delays, throughout the appropriate parties, customer, customer service, sales, driver.
- Prepare drivers’ performance monitoring reviews on regular basis.
- Inspect and manage all driver paperwork (i.e.: delivery logs, DOT, invoices, vehicle records, etc.)
- Record keeping for vehicle maintenance, DMV Registrations, and vehicle records.
- Monitor and ensure driver professionalism and dress code.
- Monitor customer call ins and issue reports.
- Create and Review Operations Reports
- Prepare DDR (Daily Dispatch Report) and Shift Turnover Report
- Manage and oversee the loading dock activity, and organization. Assist when and where needed.
- Interface with all other departments that work simultaneously on the same shift.
- Support complete, detailed, communication flow always.
- Cross Train for assistance in coverage of other areas.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- An associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service, dispatching, Warehouse, Forklift helpful but not required.
- Ability to be forklift certified.
- The ability to speak and understand multiple languages is a plus. English is our primary language and is what we generally use to speak.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent multi-tasking and project management abilities
- Strong organizational skills and a detail orientated personality
- Strong MS Office, Excel, Word and other computer skills and software
- The ability to learn, focus, show initiative, and display a true sense of urgency is the most important skill set.

**Physical Environment**:
To perform the duties of this position, the employee may be required to sit, stand, lift, (minimum 40 lbs.), speak, hear & see are all needed to meet the requirements of these positions. In addition, there may also be the occasional need to short term travel locally and/or regionally for support and training requirements.
