**Financial Management**:

- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, billing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and manage the firm's annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage and streamline financial processes.

**Administrative Management**:

- Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with legal standards.
- Coordinate and oversee office renovations, space planning, and technology upgrades.

**Human Resources**:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for staff.

**Attorney Licensure and Compliance**:

- Ensure all attorneys are in compliance with state licensure requirements and continuing legal education (CLE) obligations.
- Maintain records of attorney licensure and CLE credits.
- Coordinate with state bar associations and other regulatory bodies as necessary.

**Qualifications**:
Associates or higher-level degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in law firm administration or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and office management software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
