**Compensation**:

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Develop Marketing Strategy**: Create effective marketing plans based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- ** Social Media Management**: Maintain the monthly content calendar, coordinate social content creation from start to finish, and manage all commenting and direct messaging across channels.
- ** Brand and Market Research**: Ensure brand consistency, conduct market and competitive research, and prepare monthly reports on competitor activities.
- ** Project and Event Coordination**: Organize and manage marketing projects, develop project plans, coordinate team calls, and support external events including travel arrangements and on-site logistics.
- ** Collaboration and Support**: Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with company goals, support all marketing functions, and maintain a positive team environment.
- ** Budget Management**: Develop and manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and report on budget utilization and ROI.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Pull and analyze monthly reports to refine marketing strategy, ensuring data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a small business or startup environment.
