**Job Title**:Manufacturing Support Supervisor**
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide leadership and direction to the MC’s and MA’s.
- Ensure robust communication within the team both individually and as a team.
- Ensure team continuity while also developing and maintaining a positive team culture.
- Provide continual reinforcing and developmental feedback and coaching in development areas.
- Inspire and motivate, set clear standards, promote innovation and courage, compete to win, and create clarity and care for the team.
- Provide performance reviews for MC’s and MA’s while recommending career development opportunities to the Manager.
- Perform employee recruiting for the direct team, and in support of MFG.
- Perform onboarding duties for new hires, including company introduction and technical training.
- Align personal and team’s goals and objectives with that of MFG and relevant BUs, as well as the Company’s strategic goals.
- Identify, develop, and ensure continuous buildup of skills, competencies, and capabilities of the team to support the Company’s growth.
- Assign projects / workload to the MC’s while balancing skills development, project priority and complexity, and team workload.
- Effectively manage the team resources to deliver complex multiple projects on time and to budget.
- Ensure quality of deliverables for projects and provide guidance and steering on select key projects.
- Seek continuous feedback from and maintain alignment with the Project Management Office to ensure quality of support provided by the MC’s and Designers.
- Drive productivity and risk management.
- Identify and recommend to the Manager(s) opportunities tied to internal standards, processes, procedures, templates, and tools for the efficient, quality delivery of projects; as needed, support the execution of such opportunities.
- Collaborate internally with the BU Management, and cross-functionally with Sales, to optimize team performance, identify and as needed, execute opportunities for continuous work process improvement, and ensure open communication between team members.
- Develop and provide business reports to Management and Principals on staffing and workload relative to present activity and business forecast.
- Performs other duties assigned by Manager.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE**:
- BA / BS degree preferred.
- CAPM and/or PMP certification preferred.
- Clear understanding of the fundamentals of project management.
**SKILLS / EXPERIENCE**:
- 3 - 5 years of direct experience in a projects and services-oriented work environment.
- 2+ years of direct experience in a Supervisory role in a project delivery organization preferred.
- Experience coordinating and supporting projects while collaborating cross-functionally, for e.g., with Sales and Manufacturing.
- Effective coach with a growth mindset, proven leadership, and motivation skills.
- Ability to forge positive working relationships with a wide variety of people.
- Able to communicate with Customers at all levels and capable of managing expectations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
**COMPETENCIES**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in use of common computer software programs including the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
- Ability to work in a team environment.
