Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Equivalent of two years college education within a related field preferred. Strong leadership, communication and supervisory skills. Basic knowledge of all phases of restaurant management. Is fluent on Microsoft Office software products, and is viewed as an outstanding team player**. **Is able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
