About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual to fill the position of Food & Beverage Supervisor and Host(ess) at our luxury establishment. This role combines the responsibilities of welcoming guests in our dining area with overseeing food and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations:
    Welcome guests with a friendly and inviting attitude, manage reservations, and ensure optimal seating arrangements. Provide tailored recommendations and promptly address any guest inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Food & Beverage Oversight:
    Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee timely service, monitor inventory, and assist with supply orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and contribute to menu planning.
  • Communication:
    Act as a bridge between guests and management, conveying guest preferences and special requests. Participate in training new staff on service standards and assist in coordinating special events and large group reservations.
  • Administrative Duties:
    Support scheduling and staff management, prepare reports on guest feedback, and assist management with various administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Candidates should have prior experience in hospitality, particularly in upscale hotel or restaurant environments. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in social media, and excellent organizational abilities are essential. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, along with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. A basic understanding of food and beverage operations is necessary, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
