Love & Kindness Wellness Services is comprised of a dynamic team of clinicians with

years of experience in the mental health field. We are currently seeking a full-time

Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The Administrative Coordinator will work

closely with the co-founders of the practice, as well as other members of the team. A

person well suited for this position is pleasant, organized, articulate, responsible, and

connects easily with people. Below is a more detailed overview of the position

requirements.

Purpose of Position:
The overall purpose of the Administrative Coordinator position is to facilitate smooth

operations of the practice and to provide direction and leadership in communication

with clients, consumers, providers, and vendors.

Major Duties Include:

- Respond to phone inquiries
- Coordinate intake screenings and clinician case assignments
- Create and maintain data set of all consumers of the Practice
- Coordinate outreach to local providers, schools, and businesses
- Manage excel files of client and consumer inquiries and outcomes
- Present weekly summary of completed activities
- Assist with zoom platform for online wellness workshops and events
- Assist with projects as needed, including social media, on an on-going basis

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Administrative & Managerial Experience: 2+ years
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational experience
- Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards
- Knowledge about principles and practices of Wellness
- Proactive and self-directed
- High energy with positive attitude

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
