Westin Furniture is an industry leading provider in indoor and outdoor patio furniture. With over 20 years in the industry, our products can be found in specialty stores, department stores, home centers, and online retailers.

We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Account Manager to manage assigned marketplace channels and develop more sales channels to help our business grow. Our brand focuses on decorative furniture.

**Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain an online business plan.
- Maintain product catalog.
- Manage and create product listings (content and keywords), inventory, pricing, and promotional activities on assigned marketplace platform to achieve sales and margin goals.
- Responsible for content writing of item descriptions.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to third-party marketplace platforms such as Shopify, Overstock, Wayfair, Lows, Houzz, Amazon, etc.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to maintain high customer rating and satisfaction as a seller on all third-party marketplace platforms.
- Define and manage multiple marketplace channel pricing to minimize price conflict.
- Plan and organize an ongoing sales strategy derived from the defined revenue and profit targets; review and evaluate performance periodically and make adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate and provide inventory forecast to ensure appropriate inventory level allocation through multiple channels.
- Web maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements & Preferred Attributes**:

- 1 year of marketplace management experience, preferably in Outdoor Furniture or Furniture.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, required.
- Goal-oriented and success-driven.
- Highly self-motivated with a will to learn and train.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiar with Google analytics.
- Familiar with Pay-Per-Click marketing.
- Demonstrate ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills and typing speed of 60 wpm.
- Understanding of branding and product listing on marketplaces.
