OneSparQ is looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join a Fortune 1000 company. This is a fully remote position based out of the Northeast.

**Required Skills**:

- 1-3 years of proven sales experience and performance
- High level of activity by driving sales quotas and attacking new opportunities with a “Hunter” mentality
- Strong networking, presenting, negotiating, and prospecting skills
- Knowledge of a sales cycle from start to finish. (Cold Calls, Follow Ups, Ability to close)

Additional Skills:

- Sales performance awards or member of a “Presidents Club”
- Former Athlete, Leadership Experience, Club Member

Job Responsibilities:

- Aggressively prospect for new accounts and business opportunities
- Establish call plans, customer follow up, sales activity, and account management
- Build relationships and find ways to close short term & long-term deals
- Set client meetings to demonstrate equipment and software effectively
- Update CRM software with tasks and sales activity, client meetings/notes, sales cycle, and results

Implement and teach new customers on sold business solutions

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
