**Role Responsibilities**:

- Learn and master the entire sales process, everything from setting appointments to closing deals in a primarily a _**door to door **_environment.
- Be **self-motivated** and take initiative by seeking out as many opportunities to engage in conversation with qualified homeowners as possible. Friends, family, neighbors etc
- **Educate** homeowners on the value of digitizing and securing their home and loved ones. As well as owning their own electricity along with monthly and yearly savings, government incentives, and how they can benefit from the most abundant resource on earth: the sun
- Leverage your people-skills and product conviction to create an environment that empowers each homeowner to choose green energy over the expensive and unsustainable utility alternative.
- **LEADS PROVIDED**

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience **NOT **required. Hustle and humility are far more important.
- Take pride in your work. You are genuinely making a beneficial difference.
- Attend in-person training and team meeting
- Communication/People skills
- Reliable form of transportation.

**Compensation**: 2 Weeks Paid Training + **Double Commission** + Incentives
