**WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO**

**1. Customer Communication and Assistance**:
**2. Processing and Documentation**:

- Process various requests from policy owners, associates, and other departments.
- Research and respond to IC questions and problems related to Third-party payments.
- Ensure accurate documentation of casework.

**3. Case Management**:

- Audit assigned cases.

**4. Department Collaboration**:

- Cross-train with other areas of the department.

**5. Task Management**:

- Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks and assignments.

**6. Additional Duties**:

- Perform other related duties/projects as required and assigned.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- A high school diploma, GED, or associate degree.
- Proficient in the Mandarin, native speakers preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- At least one year of clerical experience.
- Bilingual (English /Mandarin)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Customer Service experience.
- Insurance Industry experience.
