The Strategic Marketing Specialist, reporting to our Marketing Director, is a key member of the marketing team. This
individual will be responsible for developing and executing the general and granular marketing strategies across the
companies. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, a strategic minded skillset, and strong
project management skills. Working with key members of the marketing team, you will focus regularly on creating
multi-channel marketing strategies and tactical plans focusing on gaining and retaining new customers for the brand.
You will write marketing plans, create marketing budgets, and help guide the coordination of content and graphics to
push new initiatives. The company looks to Strategic Marketing Specialist to offer consistent feedback and make
recommendations based on data and offer insights on future strategy to help our marketing efforts to impact sales.

**Duties will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Develop strategic marketing initiatives, strategies, and activities.
- Directing written content, video, and graphic needs for strategic campaigns and initiatives.
- Setup tracking systems for marketing activities.
- Track performance and deliver metrics to management of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and
- assess against goals.- Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods to pivot strategies to ensure success.
- Assist Marketing Director as a liaison to sales and internal teams representing marketing initiatives.
- Assist Marketing Director to manage responsibly tasking, supervision, scheduling, setting
- deadlines, project execution, training, and professional development for marketing team members.- Contribute in a tactical way to support the creation of press release, content, graphics, or other
- needs to push marketing needs.- Optimize and guide strategy around SEO and SEM functions.
- Participate in other marketing strategies relating to website, company app, and other technology
- platforms.- Oversee any direct reports which could include interns, skillbridge associates, and other general
- staff assigned by management.- Lead with a positive attitude with an ability to handle a fast-paced environment and off hours
- requests.- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Prefer 4+ years of professional (hired) marketing experience and a proven track record in developing and
directing strategic marketing initiatives. Execution and presentation of previous marketing strategies is a
- oriented individual with superior communication skills. Must have strong organizational skills and a
willingness to participate right from the start. Should have working knowledge and comfort with design
programs (CapCut, Adobe, Canva). Familiarity with Office 365 (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook and other
similar platforms), Sharepoint, Salesforce, and other related programs is a plus. Asana (project management
environment. This person will have a proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
simultaneously in an environment with changing business demands. Travel may be necessary at times to
support the needs of the company including attending events, conferences, meetings, and the like. The role
will sometimes include work on nights, weekends, and some holidays.

**Compensation**:
Annual salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 USD
