Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Success: Organize lead lists, research potential clients, and facilitate lead assignments to the sales team.
- Lead Research & Strategy: Conduct ZoomInfo and LinkedIn research to uncover opportunities and manage CRM leads for ongoing sales pursuits.
- Event Planning: Research and coordinate customer meetings and events for key conferences, making sure our Sales Team is fully prepared.
- CRM Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for CRM, providing training, managing leads, and ensuring the team is equipped to succeed.
- Data & Trends Analysis: Assist the sales team by maintaining pricing databases, analyzing trends, and providing insights for smarter decisions.
- Customer Onboarding: Streamline the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation for credit and billing is in place.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including market data, sales KPIs, and special project insights.
- Collaborative Culture: Organize quarterly sales outings to promote internal collaboration and team-building.
- Marketing Content Creation: Keep our customer-facing materials fresh and relevant, from PowerPoint presentations to website updates, blogs, and case studies.
- Digital Presence Management: Take charge of our online presence by maintaining Google business profiles, responding to reviews, and updating key service information.
- Promotional Management: Oversee promotional materials and inventory, ensuring we're always stocked and ready for events.
- Industry Insight: Stay on top of the latest industry trends, attending webinars, courses, and creating educational content to share with the team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage both internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while staying cool under pressure.
- A collaborative team player with the drive to achieve independent results.
- Strategic thinker with a creative flair, always seeking new ways to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing platforms such as WordPress, Canva, and Constant Contact.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and always eager to learn and grow.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
- 2+ years of experience supporting sales teams and developing marketing materials with a proven track record of success.
