**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrator Assistant will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing schedules, coordinating with vendors, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take notes and type up estimates and invoices
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Handle vendor management and maintain professional relationships
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in adminstrative assistance or a similar role (construction experience would be helpful)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in schedule management and calendar coordination
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Google Calendar

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
