This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Communicates on behalf of management, including preparing written and verbal communications as requested.
- Creates reports as required for management.
- Assists in ordering office supplies and IT equipment.
- Handles administrative requests from leadership and their staff.
- Works proactively to identify, investigate, and offer solutions for improving processes and tasks within their designated area of responsibility.
- Serves as a backup assistant, as designated by the leader, to ensure proper coverage of necessary responsibilities.
- Maintains an efficient and well-organized file system for their teams and ensures items are stored and disposed per company guidelines.
- Organizes and schedules appointments and meetings for department leadership.
- Coordinates department meetings, events and celebrations; includes meal orders, set up and tear down and taking, PowerPoint creation and the taking of detailed minutes.
- Organizes travel for Leadership, including flights, hotel, car rentals, limo. This also includes tracking expenses.
- Manage timesheets and expenses for leadership.
- Works cooperatively with external vendors and service companies to maintain a successful partnership.
- Job responsibilities include possible access to HIPAA protected health information; as such, employee must comply with HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements and policies.
- Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality and privacy of employee and company sensitive data
- Other duties as assigned.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
- Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
- Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.

**Travel**:

- Local travel required.
- Up to 10%.
