Meta is looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join its Internal Communications team to develop creative for a wide array of projects. This person will be working with the Comms team and other cross-functional partners on a wide range of impactful projects across the company. They should have experience with creating productions that contain live action and motion graphics. Flexibility and speed are key. Things move fast here.This role requires super creative storytelling skills and a visually oriented mind, but also the ability to create and manage organizational workflows. We are looking for experience in what it takes to create compelling content using succinct storytelling with a distinct visual identity. Extensive knowledge in video production and post production are essential.This person must be comfortable with a fluid schedule, working across multiple projects at once, and can partner with a cross-functional team of creatives, communications, content professionals, production partners, and various key stakeholders across Meta. They are adept at quickly understanding advanced concepts and can help a team translate them into compelling visuals that tell a story and show what’s possible today and in the future.

**Creative Producer Responsibilities**:

- Research, ideate and pitch concepts for upcoming moments that will resonate with an internal audience.
- Visualize abstract ideas to develop engaging stories & narratives.
- Develop, write, produce, and edit compelling video content.
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording, editing and motion graphics.
- Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and objectives and communicate the impact of those changes to the team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative partners to lead and deliver video and motion assets.
- Maintain consistent organizational processes, folder structures and naming conventions.
- Perform basic quality checks on files to ensure quality and consistency.
- Perform basic color correction and sound mixing.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 7+ years experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company.
- Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere, Animate, Final Cut, After Effects, Avid Media Composer and others).
- Experience with video production, motion graphics, video editing, and audio editing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience managing projects from creative to final delivery.
- Experience shooting high-quality video in multiple formats.
- Comfortable working with executive teams to coordinate video messaging and schedules.
