The Global Product Manager, Ventilation will be part of our Ventilation Services and Solutions business within the Medtronic. The Global Product Manager will focus on ventilators and accessories needed to deliver ventilation therapy.

**A Day in the Life**
- Support the existing portfolio of products by assisting in prioritizing and allocating resources for essential sustaining development projects.
- Engage with global partners to effectively communicate product changes and updates.
- Utilize analytics and market research to gain insights into the support required for the remaining lifecycle of the portfolio.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of product projects.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability.
- Partner with planners and the supply team to optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient product availability.
- Stay up-to-date on new and competitive technology offerings in the marketplace to inform product development strategies.
- Generate reports on service part consumption for management review, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure products meet global standards of quality and compliance.
- Work closely with Sustaining team to provide clinical support for customer complaints handling.
- Support Quality and other cross-functional partners to develop Risk Management Report, and Post Launch Risk Management Review
- Travel approximately 25%

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing, clinical or sales experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of marketing, clinical ore sales experience

**Nice to Have**
- Product Management experience in medical device industry SAP/Agile experience

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by location.
