**Job Summary**:
The Office Services Assistant will provide high-level customer service in Bessemer’s Woodbridge, New Jersey office. Success in this role requires integrity, good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters, and exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and timely execution of responsibilities is required.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily scanning of client documents or company files.
- Review scanned jobs for accuracy and storage in shared drives.
- Prepare documents for shipment and/or retrieval from offsite storage facility.
- Provide daily back-up support to Reception.
- Submit, review, and track invoices.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and conduct office tours.
- Schedule and issue employee photographs and ID cards.
- Escort service vendors to relevant work areas.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events.
- Ad hoc projects, as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 3-5 years office services experience with a highly professional organization, law firm or financial services firm, a plus.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of scanning equipment, helpful but not required.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and independently executes responsibilities with an appropriate sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Flexibility to work overtime upon request.
